Toshiba - TX62Vodafone launches two new Toshiba handsets
Vodafone today announced the launch of two new handsets from Toshiba – the TX62 and TS30 – offering even wider choice to both 3G and 2G customers.
“We are very pleased to launch the Toshiba TX62 and TS30 today. Both models come in handy
sizes, and provide rich features and distinctive styling for 3G and 2G customers respectively.
With the launch of TX62 and TS30, we have introduced four models since last November. More
models are being planned for the rest of the year,” said Mr. Douglas Li, Chief Executive Officer
of SmarTone-Vodafone.

The TX62 is the latest 3G UMTS / triband GSM handset and is available in three chic stylish
colours – Sassy Pink, Cosmo Black, Vibrant Green. This sleek clamshell handset incorporates a
high quality 1.3 Mega pixel camera and a superb high resolution QVGA (240 x 320) screen.
Featuring built-in stereo speakers, the TX62’s music player can also be very conveniently
operated with its external control keypad and its external display enables easy playlist selection
even when the phone is closed. Equipped with Bluetooth, the TX62 supports miniSD card of up
to 1GB which can store up to 750 full tracks.

Vodafone’s proprietary GSX™ game engine, the TX62 supports the largest number of mobile
