Sagem - MY X-6Sagem takes another swing at color with the MY X6
Sagem is generally known for making low-end phones, but they are soon planning to release the Sagem MY X6, the successor to the MY X5 - their first colour phone. It seems like Sagem has really tried to put everything into this device, as it includes a large 128x160 pixels color screen, a 640x480 camera, polyphonic ringtones, and support for the In-Fusio game system. The Sagen MY X6 has a CCD based camera, making it more sensitive than most other phone cameras, which have a CMOS based camera. A quick visit to the In-fusio website reveals that a game resembling the classic Wolfenstein 3D will be available to play on this system.
The integrated camera and 65,000 colour screen make this phone a likely competitor to the SonyEricsson T610 and Nokia 7250 phones. It still remains to be seen whether Sagem can come out on top.
