For music and multimedia on the move, the HTC P3350 has it all. The HTC P3350 is a powerful mobile device that offers a full range of PDA features such as Microsoft Office Mobile for reading and editing Word and Excel documents, combined with HTC’s powerful Media Hub for playing and managing music and videos tracks/clips, or creating ringtones. The HTC P3350 will be available in store from March, through a range of HTC’s operator and distributor partners.

At Easy Devices we have been working for on improving our customers experience when they first receive a new PDA/Smart Phone. From our years of experience and from the feedback that we have received, everyone much prefers to receive a device which is up and running straight out of the box, and does not require any other than turning on!

By choosing to have your device setup we will charge up your new HTC device and also configure the GPRS settings and MMS settings. This means all you need to do is open the box, insert your Sim card and turn your new HTC P3350 on.

The main difference in functionality between the HTC P3300 and HTC P3350 is the absense of a built-in GPS Receiver from HTC P3350. As already stated the HTC P3350 gives more attention to multimedia features and it includes Audio Manager and Audio Booster. All other features available on the HTC P3300 are also available on the HTC P3350. The processor for both devices is a TI OMAP 850 running at 200 MHz with 128 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM. The display is 2.8” transflective TFT-LCD, 240 x 320 with 64K colors, and both devices have support for GSM/GPRS/EDGE (Quad-band 850, 900, 1800, 1900). None of the devices has support for 3G. The camera on the devices are 2.0 mega pixels. For connectivity the devices has support for bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g. The expansion slot is a microSD.

The HTC P3350 comes alive with entertainment. The HTC Media Hub is a gem for multimedia, allowing you to play or manage your music or videos tracks, clip and create ringtones, and then store them on the 256MB internal memory or an optional microSDTM card. You can listen to FM radio and music with stereo Bluetooth® output and enhance the sound with the graphic equaliser. Add compatible Bluetooth® stereo headsets and remote control accessories from HTC and you have an all-round audio performer.

On the surface the two devices do look slightly different, the P3350 sports a black and sliver design over the gun metal offering of the P3300 and like the P3300 although the majority of tasks are done via the touchscreen, that hasn’t stopped HTC offering some hard buttons for quick access. Here you’ll find the usual answer and reject buttons, Internet Explorer option and menu features.
