The Eten M500 mobile phone is Quad band GSM phone which was released last year and is now available for a price of about $450. The phone weighs about 170 grams, which is pretty heavy by any standards. It measures close to 111.7 x 60.7 x 22 mm. The Eten M500 mobile phone comes with a 65k color TFT touch screen with handwriting recognition software.
The Eten M500 mobile phone also features a memory card slot for SD memory cards. The phone is powered by a decent 400 Mhz Samsung processor coupled with a old version of the Windows operating system for PocketPCs. It has the 2003 SE version, which is much slower and sluggish as compared to the new Windows Mobile 5.0 smartphone edition.
The camera of the Eten M500 mobile phone is a good 1.3 mega pixel one which can take still photos at 1280 x 960 pixels, with video recording feature. You can also play the video after recording it on the Windows Media Player 10 which comes pre installed with the phone. The battery of the handset lasts for about 4 hours talk time and over 200 + hours of standby. |
