Ericsson - T20eEricsson T20e
Advantages Battery, Size, Sound Quality
Disadvantages none
I use this mobile for more than 2,5 year and I am completely satisfied! It is small, the battery last as the first day(4-5 days on DCS network) and it's also very durable.
I would reccomend it to everyone who wants a trustful telephone that will last, unlike the nokia ones that are more expensive and their battery does not exceed 1,5 years of lifetime.
I bougth it after my old nokia 3310 (the worst mobile on the planet) fall down and the screen stopped showing anything. That's because the Nokia Club of the town said that the price to repair it was the same as to buy ericsson t20e, so I preferred to try Ericsson. Since then I think that ericsson makes the best mobiles, especially now that is cooperating with Sony, the other BIG electronic devices manufacturer.
For me is the best mobile ever ericsson made. Thanks ericsson!!
Advantages WAP, Compact, Comfortable to hold while texting or using WAP
Disadvantages No T9 Predictive text, Poor screen size, Poor keypad
I was fortunate enough to obtain a nearly new Ericsson T20e from a friend for use as a second handset with my pay as you go SIM.
My main handset is a Nokia 6210, but as this is provided by my employer, the use of texts and WAP, while not banned is restricted. Hence the need for a second handset.
Sadly, the T20e suffers from the same 2 major let downs (in my opinion) as most Ericsson phones - minute screen size and poor menus.
The menu system however, is still an improvement over earlier WAP-less models such as the T18s, with little icons for each section making identifaction that little bit easier.
As mentioned, the small screen is typical of an Ericsson. Howver, the resolution is much improved over earlier models, presumably to allow use of WAP. There fore this isn't as large a minus point as it would normally have been.
Call quality and reception is reasonable for a small hadnset, but not a match for a Nokia.
Altogether, a neat little phone that does the job, but you may want to think twice about using a T20e for a primary handset. |
