The Bird D660 mobile phone is a candy bar phone announced in the first quarter of 2006. The phone has yet to be released and the price at which that happens is not yet known. The Bird D660 mobile phone has a good 65k color TFT screen with a display resolution of 128 x 160 pixels.
The brightside when talking about the Bird D660 mobile phone is the presence of the microSD card slot. There is also 64mb of shared internal memory. The phone also houses a good 1.3 megapixel camera which can take videos at VGA resolution and still photos at 1280 x 1024 pixels. The Bird D660 mobile phone also has a Mp3 and a MIDI player. The GPRS with speeds of 32 – 48 kbps is the only data network which is supported by the phone. There is no higher speed network like EDGE or 3G. The phone is capable of holding 64 channel polyphonic ringtones but there is no room for mp3 tunes. The Bird D660 mobile phone also comes with Infrared and an Usb port but no Bluetooth.
The Bird D660 mobile phone when released will be available only in silver. It has a battery life of 3 hours talktime and over 400 hours standby which is quite impressive. |
