BenQ-Siemens - S81BenQ Siemens to Release Siemens S81 Cell Phone
Siemens is trying to strengthen marketshare in 3G cell phones by releasing yet another ultra-slim and stylish S81 model to the market. The BenQ Siemens S81 model comes at only 13mm thick and weighs only 99 grams.
Even though the phone is so slim, it has tons of sophisticated features such as a 3.2 megapixel digital camera (which is pretty impressive considering most other Motorola and Nokia phones come at 2.0 megapixels). The digital camera has some advanced features such as auto focus, auto zoom and HSDPA.
The handset has TFT display screen boasting 262k colors and measuring 240 by 320 pixels. Also, the siemens s81 model has a built in MP3 player with features such as virtual surround sound and Bluetooth supported remote control.

The Siemens s81 has 30mb of memory and additional memory can be added via a microSD card expansion.
